Safety Ape and his nephew Willi starred
in their very own Safety Ape Television Show that aired on our
local ABC affiliate. The first episode highlighted
water safety and is now available on video. In this 24-minute video, kid reporters go to the beach
to interview lifeguards, to the hospital to interview a trauma doctor and nurse, to the
Naval Water Survival School to interview a Blue Angel Crew Member, and to a pool with Red
Cross Instructors and a home pool.
The second episode to air was about Bike Safety. The Bicycle Safety video is also now available. The Safety Ape and a kid reporter interview bicycle police, a trauma surgeon, and a skateboard shop owner in this informative and entertaining 24 minute video.
